Why Recwise?
SYSPRO was looking for an application that complements their ERP. Being that RecWise is a specialist niche product they had heard about, the team at SYSPRO looked into what we could offer.
In the discussion, we understood that, like many ERPs, they needed to fill this gap. We then worked with the team in South Africa to fill the gap for them.
The Outcomes
Since we work with many ERP’s the challenge is to get the required information out and to integrate with RecWise. This is generally a simple extract that can be autoloaded or manually loaded or both.
The different timezones only was an initial issue as once the application is up and running the amount of assistance required is minimal.
The Results
A happy customer that enjoys the simplicity of a solution that adds value to their business. While the team is not extensive the product supports the business in this key area.
