RecWise was introduced via a referral from a prior user of the application. Knowing that the application was fit for purpose and provides a better month end close were some of the key drivers here, also knowing that when we promise to deliver then we do just that.

Noting that the user was already familiar with RecWise it was a quick install for all concerned. Our templates to guide the business for what information was required and the ease of our documents meant that the product could be put in place quickly.

Knowing that the appliation was robust was also known as a attribute of the application. A central repository for the reconciliations making it easier to refer to worksheets etc was an added bonus.

The vanilla product was utilised here in order to deliver the application on time and on budget.

The size of the organisation sometimes has challenges in co-ordinating the data, however as we all knew what the outcomes were to be it was a pleasure to provided the solution.

‘Onka’ has received a little more training due to the original referrer moving on to another role externally, we offered to train the new ‘Admin’ for the application to provide continuity.

The council can meet the governance requirements that they need to adhere to in their compliance reporting.

RecWise provides the framework to ensure that all users are managing the month end process effectively and a timely.

Auto-complete rules used within the application saves users time in not having to manage nuisance reconciliations that do not need attention.

The application was successfully deployed and is now being happily used by the council.

The City of Onkaparinga have also been proactive in allowing another local council view the benefits of the application and it capabilities and will soon implement RecWise also.

A better framework and overall compliance around the month end reconciliation process has resulted from the implementation as well as cost savings.
